In Health class the 21st century skill I used was Informational skills. When doing Health class you get handed a bit of information, I use that information to answer following questions. I also use the information I have to perform well on my tests. In health they teach me about the immune system and how the blood works, and all that type of stuff. What I am most proud of is that I understand most of the things I get taught in this class. The most difficult part in this class is remembering all the small little details. A way I could improve is remembering small details better. I've learned about the ear before in science last year. I can apply this to future health classes.
In this lesson I was learning about CPR. The 21st century skill points I used were communication skills. My silence for this is class is a sign of communication that I'm doing good. I'm most proud that I did good on this assignment. The most difficult part was this question in particular, remembering the ratio of chest compression. How I could improve is by taking a note about the ratio in chest compression. This doesn't relate to anything I learned before, I've never learned about CPR before. How I can use this in the future is by maybe saving someones life.
